Common Seals have a standard circular format as shown in the sample.
The title on the Common Seal Stamp has to be exactly the same as it appears on the certificate of incorporation (no abbreviations).
Note: Common Seals do not require a number to be on the stamp for official purposes.
- Details can be changed on the stamp at a later date (replacement rubber).
- Ink pads can easily be re-inked or replaced.
- We use laser technology to cut the stamps from high quality rubber.
